We want you to love your Chandraboti experience. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns
Due to the personal nature of our wellness products, we accept returns only if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery

To request a return, please contact chandra.medimed@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If needed, please initiate a return and place a new order.
